Terms & Conditions

All garments are made to order. Per the requirements of UK consumer law and distance selling regulations we offer exchanges or store credit for returns due to incorrect size ordered or incorrect item ordered. In cases where the item is faulty, we provide a full refund.


Please note that you are responsible for covering the return shipping costs to us using a mail service of your choice. We recommend using a tracked mail service as proof of posting does not constitute as proof of receipt. Return postage costs and original postage costs are not refundable.


All requests for returns need to be made within 14 days of the receipt of your order (dated per the Royal Mail tracking information date stamp).


Please notify us of your request to return by sending an email to the_team@curbsidekids.com stating your order number, reason for return and whether you would like a replacement or store credit.


This does not affect your statutory rights.


Privacy policy

This Privacy Policy describes how your personal information is collected, used, and shared when you visit or make a purchase from www.curbsidekids.com (the “Site”).


When you visit the Site, we automatically collect certain information about your device, including information about your web browser, IP address, time zone, and some of the cookies that are installed on your device. Please note that we do not alter our Site’s data collection and use practices when we see a Do Not Track signal from your browser.


When you place an order through the Site, we will maintain your Order Information for our records unless and until you ask us to delete this information.


The Site is not intended for individuals under the age of 13.


We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
